Open Water is a boutique, founder-led consulting firm based out of San Diego, CA. We focus on cultivating a deep understanding of our clients- their business, brand messaging, products, and customers. Our goal is to understand our client’s business as much as we understand our own.
Essential to any consulting process is the foundational question: “What is the problem”. In many cases a significant amount of the work involved is simply identifying the true problems. Strategy becomes impossible without adequate clarity.
Solutions put forth require deep trust and relationship building that includes, but is not limited to; reliability, radical honesty, and clear communication. Consulting is a relationship business at its core.
